Milo

Considering the life he’s had, we are amazed at just how perfect our friend Milo is. He is approximately 3-4 years old, and this year, he became an indoor cat for the first time. He will forever remain an indoor kitty, as he has been diagnosed with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). It is a serious disease, but one that should have very little effect on him having a full and healthy life. Read about what FIV cat owners can expect here.

When Milo came to us, he had been on the bad end of numerous fights with other males, due to being unneutered and living without a home, skipping from house to house in search of whatever scraps he could manage. It’s this lifestyle that led to his sickness, and it was preventable. Luckily, he doesn’t hold a grudge; quite the opposite.

He is, frankly, one of the most even-tempered, attentive, intelligent, friendly, and unassuming cats that we’ve ever been lucky enough to meet. He is everything that one could ask for in a cat, and he is an excellent companion. He gets along with all his Appin Cats housemates, and would do well alone or with feline friends; dogs we are not too sure of.

Does Milo seem like the kind of guy that would fit into your groovy lifestyle? We are certain that he can adapt and will thrive in any domestic situation. Fill out an application here.
